Beatrice L. Thomas (they/she) is a multidisciplinary artist, printmaker, performer, cultural strategist, and founder of Authentic Arts & Media. Through visual art, storytelling, ritual, and participatory performance, they create spaces where people recognize themselves in one another. Their work spans touring theatrical productions, artist development programs, public engagement initiatives, and community-based cultural practice. Thomas is a founding leader of the Bay Area chapter of Drag Story Hour and has served in local and national board leadership roles supporting LGBTQ+ artists, families, and communities. Across more than three decades of artistic and cultural leadership, they have built platforms that foster intersectional belonging through creativity, curiosity, and shared experience.
